Examples of Prior Work - Machines Above, is our design for a self
contained, mobile assembly machine. It included, vibratory feed,
automated riveting, vacuum fixturing,
and pick and place units for the completion of the assembly process.
Completely PLC controled, OSHA
safety, and ergonomically compliant. Ours was the only design that
succesfully met the customers'
production
requirements, and came in only 10% over budget. Other designs either fell short in
cycle times, or exceeded budget
by as much as 200% Above, is a load cell housing
design for a machine that our customer
was ready to ship. They realized the load cell needed to be
suspended between (2) clevis's to work
properly, and asked us to come up with a design that we could build for
them over the 4th of July weekend.
The load cell measured loads up to 64,000 lbs and cycled in both the
pull and push strokes. It had
to be mounted to the existing machine. The machine absolutely had to ship
July 5th. It did, and functioned
flawlessly. No-one likes to be put under that
kind of pressure, but when it
happens, we can deliver. Another complete assembly designed
to fit an existing machine frame. This project was designed to
measure combined Torsional and Tensil
strength of material samples.
These weldments measured nearly 48"
square. We had them fabicated
& machined them as an assembly. The customer was delighted, by the
way it turned out. This is our customers' finished product, ready to
ship from
thier
plant.
